Authentic lanzhou beef noodle was founded in 1915 by Mr. Ma baozi with a history of 104 years. Besides the manual procedure, beef noodles are now famous for the clear soup, clean white turnips, brilliant red chili oil, green parsley and yellow noodles, which can be concluded as five features in Hanyu Pinyin (the official Romanization system for Standard Chinese in mainland China):yi qing, er bai, san hong, si lv, wu huang. Nowadays, it has been developed all around our country and regarded as one of the top three most famous cuisines in China as well.
